Think about Fenty Beauty by Rihanna and the first thing that comes to your mind is their Stunna Lip Paint Longwear Fluid Lip Color in the shade Uncensored. I still remember how Beauty Gurus went all ga-ga over it when it was launched. Honestly, I was tempted to try as well, but refrained since I had too many reds in my makeup stash! However, the urge to try something from this much-raved brand did not subside. I went ahead and reached out for their Two Lil Mattemoiselles Plush Matte Lipstick Duo, which is a set of two limited-edition duo of Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipsticks in mini sizes. Okay let us be honest, I was sold out on their cute packaging, even before I read their reviews! The shades are named Spanked (a dusty rose shade) and Griselda (a bold burgundy).

Packaging : The packaging is pretty fancy, and it makes a perfect holiday gift for Christmas. The two mini lipsticks came set in a Christmas decor ball. The mini lipstick measures upto my little finger’s length. It came in a rose gold embossed case, and the cap shuts tightly with a click. Such fancy packaging I tell you! The bullet has the letters FB engraved over it. I did not have to heart to swatch it 🙂

Formula : The formula is creamy and it glides smoothly over my lips. The pigmentation is mind blowing. One swipe and my lips looked opaque. However, the staying power is pretty average and it faded after 2 to 3 hours. Considering the high price that I paid, I expected it to perform a little better. It transfers to my spoon, cups during my meals.
