Colorbar Glitter Me All Flash Lip Gloss 001 BLAZE | Review Post | Swatch Post | Honest Unsponsored Review
Glosses were just back in fashion when Co-Vid struck Mother Earth. And what a disappointment!
Today’s post is a review post about Colorbar Glitter Me All Flash Lip Gloss in the shade 001 BLAZE. If you have been reading my review posts regularly, I have already reviewed one of their unique products from the Glitter Me All Range COLORBAR GLITTER ME ALL FAIRYTALE LUMINIZER & LIPSTICK DUO | Review + Swatch | GLOW & GLAM
However, after a few months, the lipstick melted down with the highlighter and I couldn’t use it anymore! Hence, I decided to give their lip gloss a shot. I placed an order on their Website, and it arrived safely in a week’s time. The packaging box is reusable, and I’ll look forward to use it to store some of my makeup essentials.
Classic Red Lips never go out of style. I really wanted to try a Red Lip Gloss since ages, something that is subtle and not too bold (I already have a couple of bold matte red lip colours). Thankfully, I chanced upon this from Colorbar. I have a knack for anything that is Limited Edition, this being one of them.
The website describes the product as
Our Glitter Me All Flash Lipgloss lights up your lips with an extra boost of shimmering glitter.
Its innovative liquid-gel formula gives your lips a mirror-finish and a soft plump, while keeping them moisturised and hydrated. Glide on our Flash gloss for the shine that looks so fine!
No parabens. No lanolins. No mineral-oils. Only glitter.
Formulated in Italy
Ingredients (as mentioned on their website)
POLYBUTENE, OCTYLDODECANOL, OCTYLDODECYL STEAROYL STEARATE, SILICA DIMETHYL SILYLATE, TRIISODECYL TRIMELLITATE, TRIETHYLHEXANOIN, ISOCETYL STEARATE, DIISOSTEARYL MALATE, CALCIUM ALUMINUM BOROSILICATE, MICA, SYNTHETIC FLUORPHLOGOPITE, PHENYLPROPYL DIMETHYLSILOXYSILICATE, MENTHYL LACTATE, ATELOCOLLAGEN, BUTYLENE GLYCOL, PHENOXYETHANOL, PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRAISOSTEARATE, SODIUM CONDROITIN SULFATE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, PROPYLPARABEN, AROMA, TIN OXIDE, SILICA, TALC, CI 77891, CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499, CI 19140, CI 42090, CI 15850, CI 75470, CI 45410, CI 15850
How to Use
Coat the applicator with lipgloss, and glide across your lips. Repeat to increase the intensity of shine.
My take on this product –
First things first, the packaging of the product is really attractive! The Box is again an eye catchy silver one with glitter details! The Gloss comes in a transparent tube with a shiny silver cap with holographic details. The wand makes it easy to apply. It has a flat tip that is flexible. It dispenses the right amount of product.
It has no fragrance or smell, hence a boon for all people who have a sensitive nose! (Personally I am not allergic to any fragrance).
The Gloss provides a smooth finish, and is creamy and moisturising. It feels very light on lips, and that is the best part about it! You might have used lip glosses that feel tacky immediately after you apply them on your lips, but that is not so in this case. The pigmentation is not that great and you’ll need a couple of swipes to build it up. Also they definitely do not last for more than two hours, specially if you eat or drink anything. Hence, frequently needs to be reapplied. You can even layer this Lip Gloss over any lipstick, and it immediately provides a nice shine to it.
They are available in a host of other shades (three on their website), so you might want to check them out as well. Personally, I felt red was the safest, hence got this. They also have another variation in this range, Glitter Me All Twinkle Lip Gloss.
I’ll reach out to this more often when I feel like moisturising my lips with a tint of red colour. It does not give an opaque finish. Instead it looks translucent after you apply it on your lips. You can also use it over your lipsticks to give it a glossy finish. Although it is from the Glitter Me All range, it hardly contains any traces of glitter. As usual, being Colorbar, it is formulated without parabens, lanolins, mineral-oils and is dermatology tested. In the picture below, I have used only the lipgloss in the left photo. On the right, I have topped it over a purple lipstick to give it a sheen.
Price: Rs.650/- for 3 ml.

I am not a cosmetics person but this blog is really inspiring to start using one …. And I didnt even knew that gloss are back in fashion
It is, trust me! Only thing is that glosses will stain face masks, hence I totally avoid them while stepping out.
It’s good to get such a detailed review about cosmetics before we can purchase it. I must say the gloss really looks good on you. Personally, I prefer matte finish.
Thanks a lot!
Oh Gosh, Gloss is back. Love your detailed review.
